AGRO ALIANS

The production of string bean started in South and Central America. This vegetable belongs to a group of leguminous plants. String bean is a vegetable easy to store, because it can be kept in the temperature of 8-10 C in the relative air humidity of 85-90% for 5-7 days.
The string beans are rich in nutritious values, they contain vitamine C, carotene (provitamine A), B group vitamines, calcium, phosphorus, iron and protein, that’s why it can relpace animals protein in the human diet. It can be eaten fresh, cooked or preserved: tinned and frozen.
